How to Find Healing From Past Trauma

Learning to heal from past trauma is possible. The first step is to become aware you’ve actually experienced trauma. It is easy to deny, minimize or deflect traumatic experiences. And it can go on for generations. Once you wake up from your own traumatic experience, acceptance is the next step. Shame, guilt and blame may keep you blocked from deep acceptance of truth.
