Perfection is Overrated…
This is a hard thing to hear if you’re a Type-A personality (like myself).
We’re indoctrinated to believe if we just aim high enough, try hard enough, and sacrifice enough, we’ll get where we want to be and have all we want.
In my experience as a transformationalist (and successful entertainment industry producer before that), I’ve learned that, even if we achieve what we want on the outside, we often suffer deeply on the inside.
Not just emotionally but physically.
I went from being sexually harassed in the workplace to running my own brokerage firm matching celebrities to brands and on into producing for television and film.
Along the way, I recovered from addictions, clinical depression, and narcissistic abuse.
Even though I was successful as a breadwinner and single mom, I always felt less than, isolated, afraid and exhausted, being run by a central nervous system on overdrive.
I took care of others before myself, carried the weight in relationships, and was SURE my outside accolades would fix my insides. If I was just good enough, Santa, Daddy, or the Universe would be my savior.
After decades of finding recovery but never really feeling whole, I experienced the key that opened a doorway to a new zip code for living.
And that was in learning to live from the INSIDE out.
With open arms, and a humble heart, I invite you to connect with me.
I’d love to hear your story.
